Is DocuLens free?

Yes. DocuLens is free to download on both Android (Google Play Store) and iOS (Apple App Store).

Yes. DocuLens uses OCR (Optical Character Recognition) via Google ML Kit to extract text from scanned images. Once extracted, you can copy and use the text in other apps.

DocuLens OCR works best on printed text. Accuracy for handwriting depends on how clearly and neatly the text is written.

 


Documents are stored locally on your device using a secure database. Cloud backup via Firebase is available for syncing your files across multiple devices.
